Our Mission
Most contractor software is built by people who have never swung a hammer. We started ContractorAI because we watched too many good contractors lose money on bad estimates, get crushed by paperwork, and miss out on jobs because their pricing took too long.
Our mission is simple: give independent contractors and small trade businesses the same speed, polish, and pricing intelligence that the big firms pay tens of thousands for — at a price that actually makes sense.

The Story Behind ContractorAI
ContractorAI started as a side project to fix a real problem: a friend in the trades was losing nights and weekends to spreadsheet estimates, only to underbid jobs anyway. The first version was a single calculator built to spit out accurate numbers in under a minute.
Contractors started asking for invoicing. Then CRM. Then a way to manage leads, track profit, and run their entire business from a phone. Today ContractorAI is an all-in-one platform serving contractors across roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general construction.
We're still independent, still small, and still built around one rule: if a feature doesn't help a contractor make or keep more money, it doesn't ship.
