Yes. Each job keeps its estimates, invoices, tasks, photos, expenses and crew hours together, and the home dashboard shows what's scheduled next and which estimates were approved or declined.

Yes. Email the estimate from the app and turn on customer approval. The customer approves or declines from the email, and you see whether it was sent, viewed, approved or declined. When they approve, a Stripe payment link can be sent so they can pay by card.

The ContractorAI app costs $34.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, $84.99 every 3 months, or $349.99 a year. Every plan includes every feature. Optional done-for-you marketing services cost extra.

For your ContractorAI subscription: in the iPhone and iPad app you pay through your Apple ID; on the web you pay by card through Stripe.

For your customers: once you connect Stripe, customers can pay your invoices and estimates by card.

There is no contract. Cancel anytime. For App Store subscriptions, go to your device Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, use Settings then Subscription Plans in ContractorAI. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Estimates and invoices are PDFs that you can email, print or save. If you connect QuickBooks Online, invoices and expenses can sync there (see the next question).

ContractorAI can connect to QuickBooks Online to sync clients, invoices and expenses. It also connects to Stripe for card payments and to Gmail so estimates go out from your own email address. You set these up in the app's Integrations screen.

Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with our cloud database provider rather than only on your phone, so it is there if you change devices. Read the privacy policy for details on what we collect and how it is used.

Yes. Invite crew members with your team code. Each crew member gets their own login to see assigned jobs and log hours, while the owner keeps control of pricing, estimates and finances.
